West Ham - Player Ratings
Adrian - 7.5/10: Despite only managing 9 clean sheets this campaign, the number 1 keeper was a key player this season. This was illustrated best by his performance at Goodison Park, where he saved Lukaku's penalty in the 70th minute to inspire a West ham comeback.
Darren Randolph - 6.5/10: Unconvincing at first in the league, conceding 4 against Bournemouth in his debut. Played his role in the FA Cup and finished the season in fine form, covering the injured Adrian in the last three matches.
Aaron Cresswell - 7.5/10: Provided 4 assists and 2 goals this season, most notably his stunning left footed strike at the King Power stadium. Whilst he is comfortable in both the left back and left wing back role and has good link up play with Payet, he still needs to convince some critics of his defensive prowess and remember his duties first and foremost as a defender, not an attacker.
Winston Reid - 8/10: A pillar at the back. Stepped up to the plate and did his best to maintain our undefeated run when Payet was injured. Scored the winning goal against Manchester United at our final game at the Boleyn ground, a goal that will be remembered in history. Some would say his best football is still ahead of him.
James Tomkins - 6.5/10: Highly regarded in the dressing room, having played for the club since 2008. Lost his first team spot due to a general lack of quality, but still provided cover in the CB and RB position. I wish him all the best at Crystal Palace.
James Collins - 7.5/10: Endearingly called 'Ginge' by his peers, Collins was pivotal early in the season, helping us get clean sheets against Spurs and Liverpool. A hamstring injury prevented him influencing much of the second half of the season.
Angelo Ogbonna - 7/10: The italian international played an important role in our 8 game unbeaten run. Scored a header in the 121st minute against Liverpool in the fourth round FA Cup replay, something of a consolation after our loss in the 2006 final. We still hurt.
Reece Oxford - 6/10: One for the future. Radiated quality in our opening day victory against Arsenal, playing a DM role. Showed his youth at Goodison in the CB position, being bullied by Lukaku. A bright future is in store for this man.
Alex Song - 6/10: After making a good impression in the 2014-2015 season, Song failed to cement a place in the first team. Whilst his potential is not in question, his current form means he is surplus to requirements.
Cheikhou Kouyate - 8/10: A larger than life character who is well liked by fans. Gives the team an energy and a bite that is needed to win matches in the best league in the World. Undisputedly a first team player.
Pedro Obiang - 6.5/10: After starting in our away wins against Liverpool and Manchester City, Obiang was mostly reduced to an impact sub for the rest of the season. A player with youth on his side and time to show his true qualities.
Mark Noble - 8.5/10: Our captain. The best man I know. The stats (7 goals and 4 assists) still don't convey his impact on our club. A dynamic midfielder who wears his heart of his sleeve. A fantastic range of passing that Wayne Rooney envies. Put simply, he is too good for England.
Victor Moses - 6.5/10: At face value an exciting player with game changing pace, the nigerian winger only managed 1 goal and 2 assists. There is no need to extend his loan from Chelsea.
Dimitri Payet - 9/10: Undeniably one of the best players in Europe, showing his qualities for club and country. His dribbling skills give season ticket holders value for money. His assists (12 this season) makes our strikers weak at the knees. However, he will be remembered for his spectacular free kicks, a personal highlight on mine being his 35 yard strike at Old Trafford that humiliated David De Gea. He has not been given a 10 as it could be argued he shows apathy against smaller teams. We must keep him but if he were to leave, getting more than £40 million should not be a struggle.
Manuel Lanzini - 7.5/10: The River Plate alumnus has great dribbling ability and rapid acceleration. Six goals this campaign, the highlight being a supreme curling effort into the top right corner at Stamford Bridge. Despite this, he often lacked consistency and in several games he did not make an impression. But at 23, he has time to improve his game. I look forward to him next season.
Michail Antonio - 8.5/10: Hard to believe this was his first season in the top flight. Scored 8 goals with his season being littered with man of the match performances. A true team player, he perhaps shone brightest when filling in at right back. A lovely bloke who should be in the England squad.
Andy Carroll - 8/10: Our best looking player provided 9 goals and 2 assists this campaign. Scored his first hat trick for West Ham in April against Arsenal. A true old fashioned centre forward possessing the best heading technique in the league. If AC were to steer clear of injuries, it is not out of the question for him to get 20 goals next season.
Enner Valencia - 6/10: 4 goals in 15 league appearances. He is a good finisher with pace but it is clear Bilic would like a player with more quality.
Diafro Sakho - 6/10: 5 goals in 20 appearances. Can link up with Carroll but he has to be replaced if the club are serious about our ambitions. Thankfully he handed in a transfer request this month.
Emmanuel Emenike - 4/10: No goals and no assists in 13 appearances- says it all really. Fortunately his loan spell has ended.
